A portion of Leadership Guidance LLC proceeds go to the Leadership Guidance Research Institute a 501(c)(3) Educational Nonprofit to assist in mentorship’s, coaching & scholarships. Leadership Guidance LLC believes similar to Peter Block (2002), Stewardship is defined as “holding something in trust for another” (p.7).   Similar to this belief according to Spears (2002), is Robert K. Greenleaf’s (1970) Servant-Leadership in which his “view of all institutions was one in which CEO’s, staffs, and trustees all played significant roles in holding their institutions in trust for the greater good of society. Servant-leadership, like stewardship, assumes first and foremost a commitment to serving the needs of others”(p.7).We are currently creating content for this section.
